Sapphiros brings together advanced science, intelligent design and scalable technology to make high-quality health diagnostic testing accessible to all. As the business evolved and its portfolio expanded, there was an opportunity for its brand presence to better reflect the scale of its innovation, ambition and market potential.
What was the challenge?
Sapphiros is redefining global health through high-performance testing technologies that deliver rapid, reliable results for a wide range of health needs - from infectious diseases and routine diagnostic testing to public health emergencies and future pandemics.
With multiple technologies and teams in different countries, Sapphiros needed a clearer way to express how its capabilities came together as a single diagnostics company. Messaging varied by audience and channel, and complex scientific concepts were not always easy to communicate consistently or succinctly. At the same time, as the company prepared to announce important partnerships and raise significant investment, it was essential to present a confident, coherent and investor-ready narrative.
A stronger overarching story, a clearer brand architecture and a set of communications tools that could demonstrate progress, credibility and readiness to scale were required.
Our approach
We began with a focused discovery process to understand Sapphiros’ technologies, organisational structure, audiences and ambitions. This insight informed the development of a unified brand and narrative that positioned Sapphiros as a single, multi-product diagnostics company, driven by accessible science and global impact.
Working closely with the leadership team, we clarified and streamlined the story, translating complex science into confident, outcome-focused messaging that could be used consistently across investors, partners and internal teams.
The visual identity was refreshed to reflect scientific credibility, commercial confidence and human impact. This was brought to life through the design and build of a new website that clearly articulated Sapphiros’ offer, progress and potential, and acted as a central hub for investors and stakeholders.
We also arranged and art-directed new photography to showcase the team, technologies and working environment, reinforcing authenticity and credibility. Alongside this, we developed a suite of aligned communications tools, including an investor presentation, digital and social messaging, PR activity and storytelling assets.
Outcome
All of this resulted in a clear, confident brand and narrative that positions Sapphiros as an investor-ready diagnostics leader with global ambitions. The organisation gained a unified story and brand architecture that strengthens internal alignment and improves external understanding of what Sapphiros does, and why it matters.
The new website and photography create a strong first impression for investors and partners, clearly signalling credibility, momentum and readiness to scale. Supported by a coherent set of communications tools, Sapphiros is now better equipped to increase visibility, build trust and engage stakeholders with clarity and consistency as it moves from innovation towards impact and commercial delivery.
When we decided to update our brand, we knew we needed a partner who could move quickly, listen carefully and really get under the skin of the story we needed to tell.
